Executive Search
Executive Search is our core business. We assist our clients in identifying, assessing, recruiting and retaining outstanding management talents to take the leadership positions within their respective organizations. Our business is built on close and trusted partnerships with our clients to understand their business nature, strategic objectives, operational challenges and leadership requirements in order to bring the most suitable candidates into their organizations to help realizing their goals.
Our search process consists of the following five critical steps:
- Sourcing: Our sourcing process usually includes three elements: systematic research, industry sourcing and database. This critical process allows us to search for the most appropriate and best-qualified candidates. In the event our client has become aware of potential candidates through their own sources or identified any internal candidates, we will evaluate them as we would do with any other candidates and consider such interviews to be a normal part of our consulting activity.
- Evaluation: Candidates identified through extensive sourcing are screened with a combination of available references and in-depth interviews by our consultants. This evaluation process allows us to decide on a small number of qualified and interested candidates whom we would recommend for formal consideration.
- Presentation: We present short-listed candidates by submitting a detailed written Confidential Report on each candidate to our client. These Confidential Reports contain personal data, career history, achievement and our appraisal. We then introduce the individuals to our client, sometimes we would also join the initial meetings between them. After these initial meetings, more detailed discussions with one or two top finalists normally follow.
- Referencing: We will normally, at client's request, conduct a final in-depth reference check before our client makes a formal employment offer. To the extent possible, we speak with previous supervisors, subordinates, peers, and appropriate external associates of the final candidate.
- Hiring: The final step in attracting an outstanding candidate is a joint effort between our client and us. We assist in the final recruitment in determining what challenges, resources, responsibilities, growth opportunities, seniority and financial incentives will attract the candidate. When appropriate, we also assist in negotiating a mutually acceptable offer. We help our client and candidate to facilitate a smooth transition for the appointment.
